Terms & Conditions<\/h1>\n

Maria Grazia Salon TERMS & CONDITIONS<\/h2>\n

By booking an appointment at Maria Grazia Salon you automatically agree to all of the Terms & Conditions listed here.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS<\/h2>\n

Appointments which are cancelled at short notice or clients who fail to show up to their appointment cause inconvenience to other clients, a loss of revenue to the salon and earnings for our hair designers. \u00a0We therefore ask that you give us\u00a048 hours\u2019 notice for any appointment change or cancellation<\/u><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In the event of continuous no show or repeat late cancellations, the full cost of the service booked applies and a 50% deposit required for future appointments.<\/p>\n

Equally, if we have to cancel your appointment we will also supply 48 hours\u2019 notice. If we are unable to provide 48 hours\u2019 notice we will credit the client\u2019s account with a 15% discount of the original booking.<\/p>\n

COMPLAINTS & OUR GUARANTEE<\/h2>\n

Maria Grazia Salon want every client to be 100% happy with their hair.<\/p>\n

If, however, you have an issue or complaint, you must notify us\u00a0immediately\u00a0and we will consult with you in order to find the appropriate solution. We promise that if your complaint meets with the correct criteria we will offer you free hairdressing until your issue has been resolved.<\/p>\n

You will be referred to the Manager immediately who will deal with the complaint.\u00a0 We will ask you to return within\u00a0two weeks of the original appointment to enable us to offer you a haircut or colour free of charge as long as the service is the same as the original appointment.<\/p>\n

If you have simply changed your mind or if you return after the third week, normal charges may apply.<\/p>\n

If you have altered or attempted to alter a hair colour or cut yourself or a third party this guarantee becomes null and void.<\/p>\n

It is completely normal and acceptable for a client\u2019s cut or colour to be carried out every four weeks which is why you will be charged as per normal once the three weeks have passed.<\/p>\n

We welcome\u00a0feedback and it is important for you to inform us if you are not 100% happy with your hair at any stage.<\/p>\n

COLOUR DIAGNOSTICS & FORMULAS<\/h2>\n

Please note, it is our policy not<\/strong> to pass on any of your colour formulations to yourself or any third party.<\/p>\n

If you are a new client or an existing client a skin test is required 48 hours prior to your appointment.<\/p>\n

DEPOSITS<\/h2>\n

50% deposits are required for certain appointments.\u00a0 Deposits are non-refundable on failure to turn up for your appointment or change of appointment without 48 hours\u2019 notice.\u00a0 Deposits are required for Balayage, Extensions and hair-up appointments and where you have booked four or more services.\u00a0 Deposits can be taken over the telephone to ensure your booking.\u00a0\u00a0 Your appointment cannot be booked until the deposit has been taken.<\/p>\n

DEPOSITS FOR NEW OR LAPSED CLIENTS<\/h2>\n

For any new clients or lapsed clients who have\u00a0not visited us for over 7 months, we do require a 50% deposit to honour the initial booking. \u00a0We operate a 48 hour notice period so if the booking is within this time frame the deposit will be non refundable if you fail to turn up or cancel your appointment.<\/p>\n

OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS<\/h2>\n

Maria Grazia Salon reserve the right to cancel any offer or promotion at any time. Management reserves the right to refuse any service at any time.\u00a0 Services may not be available at all times. All offers, promotions and vouchers may have a minimum spend and are valid for 30 days from day offer\/voucher is sent unless otherwise stated. These cannot be redeemed for cash or\u00a0used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.\u00a0 One voucher per person per visit. Unless otherwise stated all offers, vouchers, discounts and promotions exclude Children and Gents appointments. Some promotions require payment before the appointment can be booked \u2013 this payment is non-refundable if you fail to turn up or change the appointment without 48 hours notice.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
